Editing Buisness cards in photoshop

I have these free business cards I downloaded, and you're supposed to be able to personalize them to your own name, and pictures ect. But I am new to photoshop and cant figure it out. Could someone please tell me how to change the pictures and words on the card? I'm at my wits end.

Sorry, It's just that i was looking for this forum but I couldn't find it until now. And I dont know how to delete the other one. I see the layer, But I dont know how to replace my photo with theirs.

Just add yours and delete the originals. I didn't look at it that closely but it's all about the layers and where they are in relation to each other. Make copies of the originals then pick it apart.
