In order to edit an image like that, you first need to take one like that.

Looks a bit like an increase in saturation (the first photo). The second one looks very natural to me.

Hey man. First of all you have to capture this colours in your camera. PS can do much, but you don't want to repaint your photograph right ? The Tuscany picture seems to be taken with warming filter for the golden colours and some graduated dark filter for the dark (quite unnatural but impressive) sky above.

BTW. The second picture you posted I edited in 2 min. into same colours the Tuscany picture has. I can post it here but I need the assurance it is your picture.

It is not perfect, but...

I do that routinely with my pictures from vacations etc. Like some fantasy in my memories.

That's cool man is that something you can do in Lightroom or only photoshop? How did you do it? if you don't mind me asking I think it looks so epic

No problem. I used photo editor online:
Photo editor | BeFunky: Free Online Photo Editing and Collage Maker
You can follow:
1 make it straight 2 decrease exposure / increase contrast 3 increase saturation / decrease temperature 4 use a filter Chromatic1 5 then again you can play with saturation, temperature and colour balance. At the end of the process I did some sharpening.
