Nice capture but a little bright out for a white bird shot but I can't talk, it looks a lot like my recent great egret shot where I blew out the whites. I think I'm only going to shoot white birds during the golden hour for now on when the light is dimmer and not quite as harsh.

Yeah, I probably should have tone-mapped it to bring the DR into manageable levels.
