Egrets C&C always welcome

These are a few B&Ws of egrets, couple shot at low light with min flash I wanted them to stand out of the darkness without being blown out , not sure I pulled it off they are the last two. I know I ended up with a eye reflection in one started to take it out but I kind of liked the effect, unfortunately I have of them with it then without it. Should also reduce the noise in the last two or keep it for texture? I had other shots but I'm practicing restrain, lol, I'm trying to. I know us newbies can be like trying to drink from a fire hose, lol, thanks.
