I like your composition a lot... something just seems ever so slightly off about the image quality though... Is it slightly blurry (out of focus) or is it just me?

And just to be a critical ass; I would say the exposure time may have been just a LITTLE bit to long. But that is more a matter of personal taste

All in all, a really nice shot!

Nice shot. I would like to see a little wider. Also, an idea, try using a flashlight to light up the foreground there a little bit to give a little detail. Or i guess a flash could have worked too. Flashlight would give more precise light to that dock (i think) in the foreground.
