Entry Level Camera Suited For Concert Photography

Hi, I'm looking to become more professional, and want to invest in a DLSR. It will be used almost solely for concert photography, so I'm looking for suggestions that would be suitable for this purpose. I'm not entirely sure what exactly I should be looking for in a camera in regards to concert photography, so help with that would be appreciated too.

It also needs to have video capability, but this has no specific use, and is not as important as my first stated use.

I've read some reviews and lists of suggested cheap DLSRs and what stood out to me most is the Nikon D3200, which seemed to appear in most lists. The only problem I found in reviews was that apparently it's claims to perform well through all it's ISO levels is false. I saw some comparison images, and at high levels, the noise it produced was a lot more than the others. And this seems like a major problem with my intended use for it.

Opinions on the Nikon D3200 are welcome, and other suggestions around that price range.

Haha. Yeah, I'm all too accustomed to people vomiting all over the place, spilling beer, and sweaty fans clambering over you at the front while you're trying to get a shot XD

D3200 is a good beginners camera, for its price it has good low light performance but what you need to accompany the camera is fast glass.
If you want to be serious with photography in concerts I wouldn't bother with any crop sensor camera and go with full frame as they will give you the results you are looking for.

Entry level Pentax k30 had a 16mp sensor that performs well at high iso. It is also weather (beer\vomit) resistant with the correct lenses, not to big, has built in body stabilization and works with loads of Pentax lenses New and old. Pair this with one or Two fast primes and you have a good start I think.
