.eps file question

Recently I did a shoot for a local non-profit and they are working with a local print company to have the photos placed on their van. I shot RAW, processed them with LR4 and CS5, outputting as JPG and Tiff for the print company. Now they are wanting the photos in an .eps format. Any advice on how to output as eps? I opened the original raw images in CS5, thinking I could save as an .eps file, but the option is grayed out. How can I get the images to a CMYK for an eps output, or is it even possible?
