Error message

Two days in a row (and sometimes in the past) when I hit the refresh button I get this error message:

Your submission could not be processed because the token has expired.

Please push the back button and reload the previous window.
------

Any idea why?

No idea why. The forum is functioning properly. What browser do you use? Do you get the odd message with any other application?

Clear your cache and delete cookies, if you haven't already. That is usually the best cleanup.

I use firefox, and today it didn't do it. I haven't changed anything and it only did it those two days (and once or twice at random times in the past). It's not a horrible problem, just wondering if somethings wrong.
