I lol'd. It's well done, as always rob.
Excellent, always good to get reactions like this.

That's a very cool idea!
Thanks
Man... go grab a macro lens! That would be cool looking at the transparency of his eyes!
Dude, I can cover anything from 10-420mm, but I dont have a macro lens

(yet), I did consider using my cheap non contact extension rings, but they can be more of a PITA to use than a snail sliming all over a fork and dropping off and also taking a dump at the base of the fork, you have no idea how difficult a snail can be to work with, lmao.
With that said, I am always up for a challenge, so stay tuned for "Escargot pt. Deux: Slippery When Wet"
Love the title lmfao with the picture great shot.
Haha cheers
LOVE the shadow in this shot. Excellent
Picked this one for that very reason, part of my learning about strobes self exercise, shadows, intensity, diffusion, balance etc, I wanted a shot that had a shadow itself become an important part of the image makeup.
Thanks
Love it Rob! However, a little more fork & less dead space would help in my opinion.
Thanks Ron, and thanks for your input, I could have included much more of the fork head (its cropped this way, not shot this way), but the I felt the feature of the shot is the snail itself and the shadows cast, not so much the fork itself, going for a simple "clean" look.
Nice shot and aptly fitting title. I agree that maybe having the whole fork head in the shot might be nice but either way its good.
Thanks mwcfarms.
