This has all the Platoinc characteristics of "doorness"

I like the subject, but I feel like something is missing. More contrast maybe? The strip of background and color on the left is distracting; a tighter crop (without losing the great siding detail on the right) might also help to emphasize the thing hanging above the door, if that is a part of the composition you think is important.
