This seems to be a picture of a sign.
It's appears crooked (all the verticals are tilted to the right) with little or no thought to composition.
I'm afraid it does nothing for me.

Well the second image is so much better - still not a thrilling subject (but that's just me)
There's clearly more thought to composition in the second image and much better processing.

If you knew how to do #2, why did you even bother with the first post?
They seem to be the same shot or at least taken at he same time, based on shadows and umbrella position.
