Face swap

i have two different family photos. Im tying to figure out how to swap faces/heads but can not get it to look right. Im using photoshop CC and i looked up a tutorial for it but i cant seem to get it to blend. can anyone help??

how do i post them full size? when i try to do an attachment it tells me the files are too big..
