shutter was around 8-10 seconds, f/8, ISO 200, 11mm, colors are right off the camera

Where does the green come from. I can't seem to see the source... I take it the sky was BLACK to your eyes? How could it become so bright in only 8 seconds ... but hey, yes, you were at f8 you say, which is fairly wide open ... so yes, that explains it some.

There was a bluer color temperature street light shining behind some trees which cast a greenish hue on the tree

I just doubled checked the settings and I was way off what I told you guys before, 31 seconds @ f4.5 @ 13mm
