It very much is ... the season, that is (and hey, I am only NOW finding your thread for the first time ... when you posted it I was just going to bed and when you bumped it I was in deep slumber ).

I like your Photos 2 and 4 best of all. Two has the "main" leaf so well lit up by the sun (which is not the case in 3, so 2 is ever so much more vibrant than 3), and the web is something else, anyway. They always are. I find them hard to photograph. The mildest gust of wind brings them out of focus!

If Photo 1 had more light on the red leaves (of which there is just some on the right where red and yellow leaves mingle), then that one would be my favourite.

LaFoto....thanks, I can always count on you to comment...good or bad. The season change of colors is just so beautiaful I had to make my statement with a couple of photos......
