Get two steps closer to eliminate that blurry rock in the bottom right, shoot at a shorter focal length (wider angle) to get more of the scene, and use some sort of fill to get better exposure beyond where the water falls off :)

Not toooo bad overall though.

Try shooting at a slower shutter speed. It will show motion in the water instead of just freezing the water

That was sort of the point of this photo. To freeze the water falling of the rock in the air. But ill go back and shoot it at a slower speed soon and make some changes to see if I cant get a better shot
 
IF you do choose to shoot a slower shutter speed, I would wait until less harsh light, and you very well may need an ND filter to decrease the amount of light.
