I'm on my iPhone but it looks noisy. Your ISO was at 3200 and maybe you didn't need it that high, maybe you did. It's always better to get a noisy shot than no shot at all. Just my 2cents.

Its a large image let it load 100% or look at it on your laptop and your see the noise is not so bad but yes i was in a dark bush and don't like to use the flash as the birds don't like it. so would rather put up with the noise ;-D

I agree this is has a lot of noise in it. So much so that it really detracts from the image itself. Lower your ISO to about 400 or less.

Nope, Amanda is correct. There is far, far too much noise in that image for it to be at all usable. The D3100 is just not going to provide good results at ISO 3200 unless you are very careful. I don't even like to shoot birds at ISO 3200 with my D7000 or D7100 because I find the noise to be objectionable.

Trade some of that shutter speed for lower ISO, use a tripod when the light is poor, and learn to realize that sometimes, no matter how badly you want the shot, you just aren't going to get anything usable.

And to adhere to the comment in your signature, this Wild Turkey was shot in very dim conditions. It was only 30 minutes past dawn, down in a valley where the sun doesn't reach until well after sunrise, and it was totally overcast that morning. The photograph does not reflect how dim it was, my camera compensated for the poor light. It was shot at 1/80 second, ISO 1600, at 450mm.
