Fashion Shoot C&C Please!

Were you using any type of modifier (softbox, umbrella, etc.) on your flash or was it bare?

Also, can you give a desription of your setup? How far was the flash from the model, etc?

I don't have any C+C every time i open the thread i can't take my eyes off her body :sexywink: i would like to do some curves adjustment :sexywink:

I think the most important thing is the clothes in number aren't tinted. As long as they look the way they should then it's fine.

Post removed. I musta been drinking today and thought what I had to say was enlightening. pfffft. Silly me.

Only way you could have gotten rid of the shadow is to light up the background, use a ringflash? or pull her away from the wall so the shadow does not fall there.

Shoot well, Joe

There are more than three ways to skin a cat, Joe.

I thought shot #1 turned out pretty well! The model looks sensual, comfortable, and natural, and the clothing itself looks excellent. My biggest complaint is that the image feels a bit too tightly framed at the top and bottom; if there were a way to improve it, it would be to give her more room at the top and bottom edges of the frame. The second image appears off-balance to me...the pose and the framing do not seem to go together.

Why do I find the goofy stuff when I look at photos....lol I looked at the first one and thought.......why would you have her stand directly in front of those orchids? As is, the background is distracting w/ the flowers there. I would use it in your shot or move it. =)

i agree with mishele in the first one.. have the model interact with the orchird or something... but i also think this image would look amazing in high key.

as for the second one someone mentioned it earlier about moving the model forward and also using landscape :-)

What someone else said about more room...I agree with that. Typically when I see models modeling clothing, don't we normally see their whole body? I know that's not the only way it could be done but it would be a way for the viewer to see how the clothes look on the entire figure.

i like it. i dont know if you want it to be classy though. the model has a certain something poking out.
