My 11 year old daughter received her first DSLR for Christmas. This is one of the first shots taken on her first trip out. She has asked me to post it and would be grateful of any C&C

I think it's o.k. This composition has a lot going on, which is certainly one way to convey an idea or experience. I think it captured the moment quite well.

I agree it is very busy, but I believe that she has captured the feeding frenzy quite well. The image before her was complete chaos and I believe that is what she was trying to portray.
