Dao these are great. Composition wise very sound and the bokeh is quality. No signs of over sharpening or noise which gives me the impression that you were within a good distance and within sound lighting.

I tend to expose my shots towards the whites many times but I try to compensate on the otherside of the gamut. I agree these are a tad overexposed but that's a quick fix. Good job on these.

Thanks Eric and Camz. I am in the middle of upgrading my PC and one of the item I am going to buy is the Monitor Calibration. I am sure it will help.

As for the bird shots, I learned an technique create 2 layers of the image. Sharpen one layer (for the main subject) and then blur the other layer (to remove noise in the background). And then use layer mask and brush to combine them so that I can sharpen the subject (bird and branches here) and remove some noise (and make the background a little creamy without affect the bokeh look too much) in the background.

Note: The bird in shots 1 and 2 was about 20 feet from the camera and about 30-35 feet for shots 3 and 4.
