I like the composition in 1 but don't think it works so well in 2.
In 3 you apparently tried to do the same, but the colours are a bit flat and there are so few contrasts in this version, it's hard to see where the focus actually is.
It might be arty to have a photo all out of focus, concentrating on the colours only, but it does not appeal to me that much, I'm afraid. For that effect there is still too much to be seen and recognised.

The droplets are nice! (And so is the colour of that picture :greenpbl: )
