Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
Trying out studio-style and of course have issues galore. ISO is at 1000 (too high, I know now). F-stop at 5.6. There was a softbox at front with SB800. SB80dx to the left. Nikon D90.

Would appreciate comments on how to improve. Thanks in advance.

Hey!
Great photo.

For future reference -

Photography Beginners' Forum

Don’t be shy. Use one of the forums in the - Photo Galleries - Photos submitted by members for general display or critique - section of TPF if you want C&C improvement tips on some of the photos you have taken. For equipment specific questions, use one of the forums in theCamera Forum section of TPF. Brushing up on some of the basics? The Beginner's forum is for asking basic technical photographic questions about things like shutter speed, aperture, ISO, white balance, metering modes, focusing modes

I have a brown dachshund which is this photo and a blond dachshund. I usually put glasses on the blond. Thanks for asking.

Well you really aren't supposed to cross-post either according to the forum FAQs, which is why I mentioned 'for future reference'.

You can just click on FAQ at the top of each forum page. TPF recently added a note requesting new members do that on their first visit.

If this is your first visit, be sure to check out the FAQ by clicking the link above.

I overpay ours with treats. It's only thing that keeps them within range, esp. Honey. (the photo above is Teddy)

This photo is one of the few I have of Teddy with glasses and it is a recent one. This might be the one referenced above.

Everything's cool. When I went to the other board I had already switched to a different photo. It's the blond I have more trouble with lighting for photos.

PS I did glance over the FAQ earlier, but I'm obviously in need of a more comprehensive review of it. Will do!
