Not too bad. To make it look more like she's an apparition, make her skin look pale, and take some color out of her eyes, or keep them dark. Eyes dark, and really pale/white skin, and gray out the dress maybe. Otherwise, to me it appears to be a child lost in a dark room. My two cents.
