Well, this shot is Black and white, but it is also of a pet, so I hope I chose the right place for it. This picture is pretty grainy for my tastes, as it was scanned pretty badly I am assuming (my bad!) but here it goes: my first attempt. Sorry if it is too large.

I really like high grain shots if it works well with the subject. I like it for this shot and I also like the selective colouring, which I'm not usually a big fan of! Beautiful dog!

i love how there is a whisp of blue over the iris. that way it dont look fake, it has almost a mystical look to it. very nicely done IMO
