4 is the best, IMO.

1 is blurry. is that on purpose?

#2 would look ok on grade 5 paper.
#1 looks like you went closer than the closest focusing distance of the lens. It should be written on the lens itself, I suggest cutting a 1/8th inch hardwood dowel, an inch longer than the min. focus dist. (written on the side of the lens) and keep that on hand when doing macro type shots for awhile.

I did, and it's helped alot, after about 40/50 shots you don't need it anymore.
