Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
Was out looking for deer, or something interesting... what a bust. Tried to take some pictures anyway. Bit boring but I tried. At least I had fun walking around in the snow, good thing I had my boots on. Saw a guy with a nice Olympus camera and the same idea. No pics of him, sorry, lol.

Really like the camera, did everything on manual mode. Almost filled the 8gb card with RAW shots, threw most of them out :meh:. Any remarks welcomed. EDIT: I personally think #3 is my best shot, #2 is second place and the rest are poop.

#1 - 18-55mm at 18mm. Slow shutter to make water look pretty.

#2 - 18-55 kit lens, black and whited in photoshop.

#3 - same idea as number 2

#4 - 50mm 1.8 - no I didn't carve the tree..

#5 - same 50mm, moved up closer to tree shot through hole. b&w'ed in photoshop

Of the posted photos, this one is my favorite.
I like the diagonal of the fallen trunk and the other trunk on the right hand side of the photo. I have noticed how so many of the winter/snow photos look like b&w shots.

Is that the Gorge Metro park?

You're pretty sharp :)
That's the 'Bridal Falls' section of the Gorge park, I hoofed it a ways down for those 2 decent black and white shots.
Still, nothing there that hasn't been photographed a million times over.

I just got the T2i 2 days ago. Loving this thing so far. I've mostly been messing with the video capabilities (upgraded from XSi/450D) but the low-light performance is fantastic!
