Get closer, focus better on the person, don't center subjects that face to the side, keep images level when there are elements in the background that show the tilted camera, find light for the subject in shadowed areas to define them... and don't require a review, request or politely ask for one.

Go closer... closer.... especially when you shoot not their activity in connection with the surroundings, but their appearance

#2 is pretty nice! I would consider a very small crop with boy on the left ROTS. I like it!

#3 would have rocked if you could have kept that background exposure, and hit the subject with flash to properly expose him, and that umbrella.

Keep on shooting!
