Thanks Dean, it's hard to say with 100% certainty but after watching them for a while I noticed they would often run together, side by side, without having spotted anything so it gave me the impression they were working together, possibly to increase their chances of getting a fish for their chicks. They didn't fight over any fish; they were well behaved so that also lent to the assumption the fish were for the chicks.

Thank you, and they are. I have a bunch more pics of them going after fish with great intensity. If I get a new camera (looking at the new Canon R7 now) I should be able to capture them better as they're jumping and spinning around. They're a real treat to watch.
