No, This is a lagoon in Bolivia at an altitude of more then 4200m. Its very shallow and has lots of mud, red sediments and algae.
The water looked blue there, but indeed on the picture, the drops seem to be very dark. I guess its also because the flamingo digs his beak in the mud all the time.
Those are the reasons I can think of!
