Flash Metz Mecablitz 48 AF-1

hi, i have a canon 20d and a Metz Mecablitz 48 AF-1. I updated the canon to the latest firware, but the flash doesnt seem to reconize the camera... Do you know anything special about my flash I should know ( compatibility etc .. ) I got an " ERR " blinking in the lower right corner of the lcd of the flash. I tried it on M,ETTL,ETTL HSS )

hmmm----i maybe something is wrong with the contacts??? Thats the best thing I could think of.

If you dont get any good advece....just return and get a new flash
