I was going to move on from this thread, but in response to ERose's challenge I figured I would give some C&C a go here.

I do like the choice of black and white.

The hard line across the frame makes me feel like I am looking at two different images stuck in the same frame. Its hard to tell what I am focusing on because I keep jumping back and forth between the "two" Pictures, and my eyes never settle. If they do settle on something, its the broken flower whos's leading line draws me right out of the frame. Perhaps cropping out just the top portion of the frame would help draw attention to the "main" flower?

The harsh lighting isn't something that I personally find accompanies something as delicate as a flower very well.

JustJazzie, you answered what I was trying to figure out when looking at it. I'm not a huge fan of it becaise like you said - it has that hard line in the middle that makes it look like 2 different photos.
