Focus confirmation from zenitar lens on Canon Rebel XTI

I have picked up a zenitar 16mm fisheye lens online and have been very impressed with it so far on my Canon XTI.

Anways, I am not the best at attaining proper focus manually as the entire lens is manually operated (aperture, focus...) I have seen various products on other lens' that are a type of adapter that will give the focus confirmation "beep" when a proper focus has been achieved. I have seen many available for the m42 mount which the zenitar lens also comes with, but my zenitar lens has a direct EOS mount.

Does anyone have any knowledge of what I am talking about? Anything would help. Thanks
