Fog Over the Columbia River

Took this shot today, on a foggy and overcast day.

I believe the composition is lacking and there is nothing particularly interesting. The horizon is level and the reflection is nice.

The image could be improved with a better composition.

But shooting on an overcast, foggy day you need to seek subjects that will add contrast to the image. The fog and sky make the image relatively soft where a strong foreground such as the bushes you have to the far right of the image could be more prominent.

I'm looking for a subject in the image??? The fog isn't heavy enough to work for anything visible to make it interesting. If you hadn't meantioned that it was foggy I really would not have noticed it being anything other than a gray winter day.
