Fogged Arista paper -- a preciously unopened box

I recently opened a 250 sheet box of Arista 8x10 Lustre. After several attempts to figure out why the paper was becoming uniformly fogged when processed. The problem narrowed down to the paper itself. I subsequently learned on TPF of another having the same trouble. I bought my paper from Adorama. They continunally refused to give me a refund -- I had been a customer for many years. I was finally given a phone number to call. It got me to Freestyle -- as it turns out Freestyle imports the paper from Czechia for US distribution. The customer service operative who took my call unhesitatingly told me that Freestyle would replace the paper at no coast to me. Compare and Contrast.

Sorry to hear about this entire box of fogged paper - that's an expensive loss!

I love Freestyle. Pretty much buy all my film and darkroom supplies from them.
