Shooting these pictures made me willing to go into hibernation

I really like the second shot. I feel like the others have foregrounds that are just in need of, oh, I don't know--more texture, more contrast.

Thanks Dhris. I somewhat could agree with you, however I wanted also to convey the foggy mood that really was there. Somewhat obliged, too, since fog reduces contrast... I will try to work a little bit more on the tree in #3, only point were maybe there is some margin. In #1 trees are too distant.

I really like the second shot but it would be improved if you could get the power lines out of it. It feels like it's leaning to the right just slightly but I can't determine if that's just an illusion created because of the trees.....

1/250s, at ISO 1600. I had to increase ISO because was late afternoon (plus fog). Thanks!
