For people who sold items on E-Bay

I'm having problems selling my stuff on E-Bay. Every time it says the buyer has paid through PayPal I click the verified button and it tells be to make a new PayPal account. I already have one and I've bought stuff on E-Bay with it. So I don't get why it would let be get money orders on that PayPal account. I've already asked E-Bay for help but all there instructions did ws change my "My E-Bay layout"
