No hotshoe on my Hasselblad and it's a hassle(PUN!) to hold that camera and an off camera flash at the same time.

I thought the 35mm ones were alright lightingwise though.

yeah, thats a heavy settup for handheld use.
i have an mamiya rb 6x7 on an L bracket with a flash. ive shot a few handheld and its hard to focus... heavy!!!
