Thanks Derrel. I did get a few funny looks from the guy in the next seat - luckily as I was in Business Class I had space to lean back. I'm a pretty frequent flyer and taking photos from the windows makes many people think I'm a hell of a tourist - I like flying so don't mind that!

The best is when the stewardess says to turn off electronic devices during takeoff and landing and then you're all like "BAM, it's a 1960's fully mechanical camera"
