I kinda feel like the trees are distracting in the bottom two and that a angle that excluded those but framed the city against the base of the mountain might have made a quality photo a even better one.
 
I feel the opposite, trying to crop the trees would lead to cropping the citie. As well the trees give the feel to the picture, I like the vibe to the photos great shots. You are so lucky to by the way, my brother is studying in Conscins (not sure how is spelt) But he gets to snowboard here all the time and it kills me compared to my local hills here

I wasn't suggesting cropping I was suggesting that given that same opportunity I would have tried to position myself to get the trees, especially the ones on the left side out of the shot and frame more of the city against the mountain. I say that because I feel like the taller trees on the left to my eye take away from the size and spectacle of the mountain...IMO
