When Everyone except you knows how to throw a gang sign.
Looks like this guy had spent like 5 minutes outside in the last 10 years.
I'd be frustrated too, hey at least he got his shirt

cool pic. but didnt notice you were talking about the bald guy in the front. i dunno how, but somehow u should like make him more visible in that clutter. (since that's your main focus of the picture). overall its cool seeing all those people
