The X100 has been sold! The 300mm F/4 AFS has been reduced to $1100 shipped....somebody buy this! I really want my 300mm 2.8 lol...

I have to ask... Why did you sell it? I've had my eye on that camera for a while, and I've been telling myself that it would be the next digital camera I bought.

Yeah... Maybe I'll just get that instead. Still not 100% decided on what I'm going to get, I just know that I'm getting a new camera soon.

LOL no problem....I actually loved the camera, but I love Nikon 300mm 2.8's more Just need the funds for the 300mm, plus I didn't use the X100 as much as I thought I would because I've found I'm just too lazy to constantly worry about whether the cameras with me all the time, in a safe location (especially at $1200) etc...

Ended up selling it for $1200 shipped, so I didn't get a terrible deal out of it either....we both lucked out nicely....

Not sure if you knew, but the Fuji is the same camera - just silver instead of black (and cheaper too).
