so decided to sell my D40

Nikon D40 w/ battery, charger, stripe, original box(Shutter count approx. 9600)
18-55 VR (D5000's kit lens, so basically BRAND NEW IN BOX)
55-200 VR w/ lens hood, caps (9.5/10)

I take good care of all my camera gear, everything is in perfect condition.
