Thanks for the Rick, I also thought they looked too dark but whenever I tried lightening them they seemed to look worse

the first couple look like the tripod might have moved during exposure though.

Yeah the movement becomes really obvious when zoomed in. For the first one I had the tripod in the surf with the waves hitting it so I guess mother nature wins this round.
