No, I love vignetting, I wouldn't like this image so much without.
Certainly with the gradient from blue hour to black night. It accentuates the night is coming soon, and it was... 2 minutes later it was full black.
Blue hours mostly don't stay long, and for the right exposure, you only have a couple of minutes.
