I would be curious to know how you did the conversion to Black & White. My initial impression is that there is very little contrast, particularly in the second one and this is what usually makes, or breaks, a B&W conversion. The images are nice and sharp for the most part, but the conversions are really just varying shades of grey, the 2nd one in particular. There does not seem to be any true white or back in these images. It would be interesting to see the original colour images to see what was converted. My 0.02¢.

i just used lr3. i thought it would look good in the warm light of the sun rise, but i didnt like it, so i converted them to b&w

They are all underexposed, and the compositions don't really intrigue me at all.
