I like this performance shot. A lil touch up on the face and a lil more sparkle in the eyes would be nice...

I think it's a fine shot!

I think it is a very nice shot. My only criticism is his left arm is too much in the shadow and there is not enough contrast between the arm and the background on my screen. So the are sort of stretches out of nowhere. Probably some local shadow tool can work here?

Shot is good! The expression either kills it, or makes it depending upon what genre music the guy performs.

@Didereaux He is a folk style singer songwriter; I think the expression captures his tone; check out the video and see for yourself!

Clean up the lint/animal hair/whatever it is on his shirt/sweater.

IMO he is a bit to red/magenta too.
