Move your camera settings to Manual so you can more easily balance the sky to the foreground. It very much appears that you have allowed the camera to make all the decisions, and they weren't the best to be made. In all of these shots, a mid-range exposure would have given you a better place to work from in your post editing. Also, watch your crunching on the sharpening sliders.
