This one's cute.
Nice diagonal line created by the tyre trail, and a good find of the leaf imprint and the transferred fallen leaf (autumn) in the snow (winter).
The tyre picked it up, took it along and deposited it again? So close to the empty imprint???

i think the tire picked it up and it fell immediately, because I was wondering the same thing, but made for a nice opportunity nonetheless.
