I think I am realizing that a new flash purchase is in my near future. These were the best two I had on the GH but I wish I would have had a little more DOF on them. C&C's welcome

Like #1, good sense of menace and drama (as much as a hopper could give!) - second dosn't tell much of a story. DOF on both is pretty good with the head fully available (more may have just added clutter to #1 since it is head-on). Focus point is good. Wonder if there is a bit of blue cast. First has good lines but the second has lines going off in all directions. First has good balance (left-right) but second seems left heavy. First might be cropped just a bit tight with the bottom "foot" being cut (OTOH the menace comes from the tight cropping).
