Nice shot of a GBH in flight. You have a little bit of "wing-blur" at the tips of the wings, but that is something bird photographers always have to contend with. What was you shutter speed with this one? I do not know what editing program you are using, but you might try and see if you can bring out the colours in the birds feathers a bit more - they are just a little pale to me.
