Lovely looking egret there!

Although I thought greats went through having a darker beak and redder/lighter shade to their upper legs? Unless that's a USA to UK difference?

The Snowy Egrets here in the U.S Have the black beak and the Greats are yellow.

Little egrets here are like your snowy's in having the black beak; whilst the greats do have the yellow. However Great Egrets here go through a change when in breeding and get a darker beak and some slight colour changes to their upper legs.

Great shot, it does look a little dark on my (uncalibrated) monitor though.
